The foremost difference between the Classic Roman Shade and the Top – Down / Bottom – Up Roman shade is one need to make the Head rail before they close the top of their shade and also they need to set the two pulleys or the screw eyes. They also need to use the projected installation so that the hardware will set and fits to the board firmly. They also need to make sure that the shade can only be pulled up from the bottom using the lifting hardware. They also need to make the valance that covers the lifting hardware. The covering the valance is the part of the overall design of the top-down / bottom up roman shade. The thing that is similar to the classic roman shade is top-down / bottom up roman shade is also made up of fabric front support with the cloth linings.

The Clintondale Dragon’s football team is located in Clintondale, MI and recently wrapped up their season, with a record of 5-4 for the 2011 season. They are lead by head coach Dave Schindler, defensive coordinator Jason Machalak and four assistant coaches (Andy Scheel, Mike Ward, Joe Ebben and Bob Walmsley). The first college bound Dragon was Billy Harris in 1966, followed by Richard Kluge, Ray Nester and Greg Tomczak. In 2010, 3 players went on to college, which were Michael Johnson, Laterius Walton and Derek Fields. The team runs a program called the Champions Club, which encourages total commitment of athletes on and off the field. To qualify, the athlete needs to practice good attendance, be eligible to participate for the entire season, show up for weight lifting and make good decisions. You can find more information on the Clintondale Dragon’s football team at the following websites: Clintondale Football and Clintondale Football

Welcome, to ideas that I sincerely hope will immediately improve your “Chess Opening Strategy!”

Below, are several concepts to bear in mind as you open your chess game by methodically building a good foundation for the rest of your game. (Don’t worry, you can let loose and let it all hang out, when you get to your middle and End Game!)

Start by playing one of your Center Pawns (then, move the other one, soon thereafter)

Don’t get lured into swapping pawns that are in front of your King (i.e. your two Center Pawns) – especially if you haven’t even Castled yet!
(you’ll just be opening-up attack lines for your opponent, as well as seriously weakening your own pawn structure)

Bring out the King’s Knight very early, most likely to KB3. Bring out the King’s Bishop soon thereafter.

Within your first ten moves, try to get most of the following accomplished:

Both center pawns moved (one in clear support of the other)

Both Knights developed (curving towards the center of the board – not flanging out towards the wings of the board!)

Both Bishops developed (and NOT blocked at all by any of your own Pawns!)

Castling completed.

From this strong foundation, you’ll be able to surge outward towards an affective Middle Game, that hopefully will lead you to Victory!

Enjoy!!

You want to lose weight?
You want to feel good about doing it?
Then, RUN!

Get the “OK” from your doctor and start a running program that “works for you……now!”

First of all, scout out a good route – in your neighborhood, if possible – and then drive that route in your car, to make sure it’s at least one mile.

Then, first thing tomorrow – don’t put it off – BEGIN it!

Do a walk, then run, GRADUAL program that very slowly ends up being “all running”, for the entire mile. It may take several weeks to build up to that goal; but hey, you’re in no hurry! You’ve made an important “life decision” and that’s all that matters!

Until you’ve achieved that “running for the entire mile” goal; don’t run every day. Try for at least a day of rest, between each time.

You’re going to be surprised at how soon you begin to notice that the pounds are slipping away…..and you’re also going to be blown away at the other benefits that come your way BESIDES just losing weight!

I quickly earned praise from my Doctor, by retreating from his diagnosis of being “pre-diabetic!” He also pointed out that my cholesterol readings had definitely taken a “good bounce” in the right direction!

DO IT, my friend. Make that right decision that’ll make your life better!

Begin that program of running for weight loss, beginners!

There are various curtain types available in the market. The following are just some examples you may want to consider when decorating your bay windows:
French Pleat Panel
The French pleat curtain has triple-fold pinched sections and tacked at the bottom so they spread out at the top. Pleat spacing varies depending on the desired fullness. If you want to a formal appearance in your living room or bedroom, use the French pleat panel design.

Tab Top Panel
Tap top curtains have straight lines and composed of tabs at the top where you slide the curtain rod. The rod will show through the spaces between the tabs. If you’re looking at a very casual ambiance, use the tab top panel design.

Rod Pocket Panel
Rod pocket panel is a straight curtain that has pockets at the top where the curtain pole slides through. This straight forward design is best for windows that are not often opened. It’s a very simple treatment without all the fuss and fullness.

Whichever design you choose, remember that curtains don’t only function to keep the light out, they create atmosphere and mood inside any space.

Here are some helpful tips to consider when decorating your bay windows with curtains:

· Treat the entire bay window as a single unit. Decorating in this manner provides a streamlined appearance. Do not make the mistake of decorating one window at a time as this will not only waste time and money, but will result in a cluttered look.

· Curtains come in a wide variety of color, style, and patterns. Each of these requires specific display techniques, so choose accordingly.

· Choose the appropriate curtain rods when installing curtains for your bay windows. Today’s curtain rods do not just hang curtains, but they have evolved into a more sophisticated and functional tool. They complement and enhance the over-all effect and appearance of curtains. In the succeeding entries we will discuss the different options you have when choosing curtain rods.

· Use valances. They’re a wonderful way to accessorize your bay windows. They provide accents to plain curtains and stay in place whether the curtains are open or closed. They also help to hide the curtain rods holding your curtains or draperies.

Whenever you think of buying used cars for sale by owner under 1000, the first and foremost inquiry you should undertake is to know as to why the owner is selling his car. This is important to gain knowledge about the history of the car you are about to invest in. A number of questions are the right of the buyer to ask when making a deal. The inquiry session may consist of questions such as

1. An initial question as mentioned above is to know the reason of the offer made.

2. Ask about the history of the car’s maintenance and ask for the related documents.

3. Is the car involved in any sort of litigation i.e. held for loan or mortgage purposes.

4. Require a test drive in order to know about the rusts or scratches on the car.

By adopting these and many other questions in your car deal, the element of investing your money in a wrong car will be reduced considerably.
