Below is how you can lose weight in 2 weeks. The most important thing you need to keep in mind is that eating the right foods is extremely important and by far, much more important than exercise. Why? Because if you do not eat the right foods and just exercise more, you will naturally need to eat more from all the extra exercise, in which case you will be eating more of the same unhealthy food. You will get caught in a never-ending cycle of having to burn off unhealthy food.
Foods to eat:
Any fruit
Any vegetable
I normally just buy fruit containers at the store, like these from Dole:

You can get them for like $2-$3 at Kroger, Meijer, etc. Make sure you get the ones that say they are in “100% Fruit Juice”, not syrup. These are the ones that do not have high fructose corn syrup.
Next, here are some healthy microwavable meals. If you have more time, feel free to get something similar that is not microwavable. Here are some microwavable meals that taste good and are healthy:

The MorningStar Sweet & Sour Chik’n is a complete meal, so you really do not have to add anything to it. These cost $4-$5 each, so if you have more than 2-3 a day, it can get expensive. The Gardein frozen foods are meant more as starter items for a full meal, but something like the “Crispy Tenders” above can be eaten by itself or with some ketchup.
Finally, if you are looking for something a little cheaper, you can try Boca Burgers. Personally I do not like the taste of these that much, and you also have to spend money on buying bread and any condiments you want to use with the burger, so these may end up costing pretty close to what you would be spending on the MorningStar or Gardein meals.

If you get the Boca Burgers, make sure you get the “Original Vegan” ones, as these are the most healthy and still taste decent. For bread, make sure you get whole wheat, like from Brownberry:

If you get ketchup, make sure it has organic ingredients, with no high fructose corn syrup:

Look for “Organic” or “Natural” listed on the front, and then check the back to make sure high fructose corn syrup is not listed in the ingredients.
Mustard should be fine in general, but check the ingredients to make sure. If you get relish, make sure it is dill relish, not sweet relish, as sweet relish normally has high fructose corn syrup in it. This is what makes the relish “sweet”.

Also, to make sure you are getting all of your daily vitamins, I would suggest you take a multivitamin once a day, like Centrum. You can get these for very cheap at CVS, Walgreens, etc. ($6.99 for 100 vitamins):

Finally, to make sure you get your daily amount of calcium (calcium is not normally included in multivitamins), I would suggest soy milk or some fruit juice that is calcium fortified:

That is basically it. Combine eating this healthy food with a little exercise, and losing 5-10 pounds or more in 2 weeks should not be a problem. And remember, this “diet” does not have to end at 2 weeks. It is a very healthy, long-term way to stay at a healthy weight, have extra energy and feel great.
